Corporate clients and wedding couples are welcome to visit the office by appointment — to view the fleet in person, meet the team, or run through a wedding day timeline face-to-face. Call ahead to arrange.
Corporate accounts
For companies booking regularly — executive teams, law firms, consulting firms, event organizers, wedding venues, and hotel concierge desks — we offer corporate account setup with:
- Direct invoicing (monthly billing, NET 15 or NET 30 terms)
- Dedicated dispatch contact for your organization
- Account-level reporting (bookings, spend, employee usage)
- Priority availability during peak dates
- Consistent chauffeur assignments where possible
Setup takes one conversation and a signed service agreement.
Payment methods
We accept:
- All major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Interac e-Transfer — for Canadian clients
- Corporate invoicing — for corporate accounts (NET 15 or NET 30 terms available)
- Cash — accepted for balance payments only; deposits must be by card or e-Transfer
Deposits are collected at booking to hold your date. The balance is due before or at the time of service, depending on your booking type. Terms are stated clearly on your quote.
