How much does a party bus cost in Montreal?

Party bus rental in Montreal is billed by the hour with a minimum booking window. Actual pricing depends on:

  • Booking duration — how many hours you need the bus
  • Date and time — Saturday nights, peak season (Grand Prix weekend, New Year’s Eve, prom season, wedding season), and holidays carry different rates than weekday off-peak
  • Route and distance — a downtown loop is different from a Montreal-to-Ottawa concert return
  • Group size — the vehicle stays the same, but larger bookings may extend the hourly window

Our party bus hourly minimum starts at [X] hours. Peak dates may carry a longer minimum, disclosed at quote stage — not after you’ve booked.

Every quote includes

  • Your chauffeur
  • Fuel
  • Commercial insurance
  • All standard amenities
  • Taxes (TPS + TVQ)

Discussed upfront, never surprised on the invoice

  • Gratuity — customary 15–20%, at your discretion
  • Additional hours beyond the booked window
  • Extra stops added on the day
  • Cleaning fee if the vehicle requires deep cleaning after the booking (applies only in extreme cases — standard cleanup is included)

Cancellation terms are disclosed at booking and vary by lead time and date.

Alcohol, minors, and route flexibility

The three questions we’re asked most often about party bus bookings — with straight answers.

Alcohol on board

For adult groups (all passengers 18 and over): Alcohol is permitted on board. Our party bus operates as a BYOB vehicle — you bring what you want, we provide ice, glassware, and coolers on request. Consumption stays inside the vehicle at all times. We don’t provide or sell alcohol directly. The chauffeur is the sober professional operating the vehicle. Passengers are responsible for their own consumption, and we expect the group’s designated organizer to manage the group.

Prom and underage bookings

For prom / bal des finissants bookings and any group that includes passengers under 18: alcohol is not permitted on the bus, and we will not knowingly transport alcohol for underage passengers. This is stated in writing on every prom booking confirmation. For parents booking prom transport: the chauffeur maintains professional oversight throughout, communicates with the designated parent contact, and follows the pre-agreed route. We take prom transport seriously.

Multi-stop routes

Multi-stop and route flexibility is included in every party bus booking. Common routes include downtown bar circuits (Crescent Street, Sainte-Catherine, Saint-Laurent), Old Montreal restaurant + bar tours, Casino de Montréal nights, pre-and-post-concert transport at Bell Centre or MTELUS, and pre-wedding photo tours. Route changes on the day are handled as long as they fit within your booked window.

How booking works

1

Request a quote

Tell us your date, group size, pickup point, and rough itinerary. Two minutes to fill out, replies during business hours — usually within an hour or two.

2

Confirm your booking

Once you approve the quote, we hold the party bus with a deposit. You receive written confirmation with your chauffeur’s contact information, pickup time, and route.

3

We arrive on time

Your chauffeur arrives at the pickup point ahead of the booked window, ready to load the group. For prom bookings, we coordinate with the parent contact before pickup.
